Customization:
Each order is reviewed and handset by a professional designer. Much
attention is paid to fine detail and overall look of each announcement.
We also offer special customization. Tell us how we can modify your
card to meet your needs and we are happy to work with you to make it
happen. For example, if you would like font color change or if a card
uses two font settings and you would like to use only one style.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as
possible. To qualify for a full refund, a cancellation must be received
before your final proof is accepted. If you have accepted the final
proof setting, we will have sent your order to our printer and it will
be too late to accommodate your refund request.
Order Modification:
If you need to make a change to an existing order that you have
already approved, we will be able to accommodate you up until the time
your order has been sent to the printer. If you need to change
information on a card that has been printed, shipped, or delivered, you
will need to plan on reordering your cards. Please carefully proof-read
your information before submitting it to us and double check the proof
that we email you. We print EXACTLY what you submit to us.
Refund:
We compete to offer you the most outstanding customer service. If
you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us
within 15 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange
a refund or reorder.
Reprints:
We make every effort to process your order efficiently and
correctly. We will promptly reprint your entire order and ship free of
charge if you receive the wrong order or a printing error occurred on
our end.
We will not be able to offer reprints free of charge if the text has an
error that went undiscovered on the accepted proof.
We will not be able to offer reprints free of charge if you opted to
use a photo despite our recommendation to select an alternative.

Are you ready to upload your photo for your order? Send you high quality, original photo as a jpeg to: photoupload@inventingmatilda.com. Please make sure you include your name and/or order number so we are able to match the picture of your bambino to your text order. It wouldn't be as bad as a baby switch at the hospital, b/c we would catch it as soon as your proof was sent to you...unlike hospital mix-ups that could take years to figure out.
